Mr. Davidson is a senior member of the firm’s trust and estate practice group. Mr. Davidson has significant experience in all areas of estate planning, conservatorship and probate proceedings. He has built a distinguished career out of helping clients plan their estates with revocable trusts, and other estate planning strategies.

Mr. Davidson also counsels clients in trust administration and probate litigation matters such as: trust contests, breach of trust, appointment and removal of fiduciaries, beneficiary rights, property disputes, and conservatorships.

Mr. Davidson obtained his Juris Doctor from Southwestern University School of Law. Mr. Davidson is admitted to practice law in all California state and federal courts, and is a member of the Los Angeles County Bar Association, Trust and Estates Section and the Los Angeles Superior Court Probate Volunteer Panel.

Mr. Davidson grew up in Southern California’s San Gabriel Valley. He received his Bachelor of Science from San Jose State University.

Kathryn E. Clunen

Ms. Clunen’s predominant area of practice is family law. She assists clients in dissolutions, child custody, child support, spousal support, and in estate planning, including guardianships and conservatorships.

Ms. Clunen currently sits on the Board of Directors for the Ventura County Bar Association and on the Board of Directors for the Jerome H. Benson Inns of Court. She is also a member of the Ventura County Family Law Bar Association, the East County Bar Association, and the Collaborative Divorce Advisors.

Ms. Clunen obtained her Juris Doctor from Southwestern University School of Law where she served as a notes and comments editor for the Journal of Law & Trade in the Americas, and as Justice for the Sammis Chapter of Phi Alpha Delta.  She is the author of a published law journal article titled “Global Rule One: SAG’s Answer to Runaway Production”.

Ms. Clunen grew up in Simi Valley, California.  She graduated from La Reina High School and then received her Bachelor of Arts from California Polytechnic State University-San Luis Obispo.
